How can I check my registration number?
You can find your registration number in the table under the "Registration Submission/Status" tab. The four-digit number displayed on the far left is your unique registration number. Please note that your registration number is distinct from your abstract ID.

I accidentally submitted the registration form multiple times. How can I delete one of them?
You may delete any duplicate or unnecessary registration form by clicking the “Delete” button on the far right of the list. Note that only unpaid forms are eligible for deletion. If the “Delete” button is not visible, please contact the Secretariat at registration@nat2026.kr , including your four-digit registration number in your inquiry.

After entering all the required information in the online payment popup and clicking ‘Submit,’ the page does not proceed to the next step.
The payment popup may occasionally be blocked, preventing the process from completing. Please check your browser settings to ensure pop-ups are enabled, clear your cookies, and try again. We recommend using Google Chrome for optimal performance.

I would like to modify some of my registration details (participant type, payment method, etc.).
- Before payment: You can update your details directly by clicking the "Modify" button.
- After payment: Please email your request, including your four-digit registration number and the details you wish to change, to the Secretariat at registration@nat2026.kr.

I need supporting documents related to my registration (invoice, receipt, confirmation letter, etc.).
Please submit the registration form via the online system first. Once submitted, you can access the relevant documents based on your payment status:
- Invoice: Available immediately after form submission.
- Receipt / Confirmation Letter: Available after payment completion.

Participation Certificate: Available starting from
the first day of the conference
(September 6 (Sun.), 2026).

Where can I find the required documents for my visa application?
Authors of NAT2026 who have completed their registration payment may apply for a visa invitation letter through the online system. Once approved, the letter will be sent via email and will also be available in the online system alongside your other supporting documents. For any further visa-related inquiries, please consult the website of your local embassy or consulate for the most accurate and up-to-date requirements.

I would like to change the payment card I used for registration.
If you need to change your payment method after a transaction has been completed, please contact the Secretariat at registration@nat2026.kr with your four-digit registration number and the payment date.
